Scope
These terms of sale govern any transaction between ELDORADO CONSULTIM SARL (“we”, “our”, “us”) and customers (“you”). By accessing our website and using it to request information or pricing, you agree to these terms.Product Information
The information provided about our wines and champagnes is for indicative purposes only. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Images and descriptions may vary slightly from the actual product.Price
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include the applicable French VAT of 20%, unless otherwise indicated. Prices may be updated periodically and are subject to change without notice. The 20% VAT charge is excluded for business customers located outside French territory and for individual customers located outside the European Union (EU).Order Process
As this site is not an e-commerce platform, you can request our price list or contact us for product availability. All orders are subject to acceptance by ELDORADO CONSULTIM SARL.Payment
Payment terms will be communicated to you upon order confirmation. Payment must be made before the delivery of products, unless otherwise agreed. As stated on the invoice: In case of late payment, the penalty will be equal to 1.5 times the legal rate. By express agreement, the goods provided will remain our property until the last day of full payment, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 80.335 of 12/05/80.Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the case of reference errors identified at the time of delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement. The customer assumes responsibility and risks related to delivery. Once payment has been made, the transfer of ownership is considered complete. The customer then acts as the owner of the goods and also assumes the risks associated with storage within our stocks.Governing Law
These terms of sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Paris, France.
